Unlimited Possibilities: You are invited to join the Regional Healthcare Foundation in making a
positive impact in our community by participating in MAKE A DIFFERENCE, RIGHT HERE! RIGHT NOW!
Modeled after the annual national event, we are inviting individuals and groups to select a project that
will make a positive difference in our community. Your project may last a day, a week, a moth or
perhaps even a year, depending on your goal. There is always a neighbor down the street or an
organization with a good cause that could benefit from your efforts. Any project of any size can MAKE
A DIFFERENCE.
Who can participate? Projects will be divided into six categories: school or classrooms, businesses or
industries, churches, clubs or organizations, families and individuals. There is a category for everyone.
Getting Started Participants in each category will be asked to completed a Make a Difference form.
This should be completed and returned to Regional Healthcare Foundation by 5 p.m. November 13,
2009.
The Reward: In addition to having the personal satisfaction of helping someone, prizes will be
awarded in each of the six categories. Judges from outside the county will select the winners.
Winners will be announced in December. A $200 cash prize will be awarded to the winner in each
category. In addition, a grand prize of $500 will be awarded to the project selected by the judges as
best overall.
