| LICENSE TO CARE The Children’s Trust Fund has awarded the Regional Healthcare Foundation an area of eleven Bootheel counties, from which the Foundation will receive 100% of each $25 donation made to the License to Care program. | SCHOLARSHIPS Regional Healthcare Foundation offers scholarships to encourage Stoddard County residents entering healthcare professions. $10,000 Regional Healthcare Foundation scholarship Stoddard County High School Seniors who will be going into the healthcare profession may apply for the $10,000 Regional Healthcare Foundation Scholarship. The applicant must score a minimum of 25 on the ACT. The applications are available at the Foundation office. Julie Minton Memorial Scholarship All Stoddard County residents who are accepted into a graduate Physical Therapy program in the state of Missouri will be awarded a $10,000 scholarship in memory of Julie Minton, Dexter Hospital’s first physical therapist. Contact the Foundation for more details. Scholarship for Non-Traditional Students Any Stoddard County resident entering the healthcare filed who is 25 years of age or older and has had their education interrupted for a period of 5 years of longer may apply for this scholarship. It may be used at any institution of higher education or technical school. |
