You might qualify for Free Medicines if:
1. You cannot pay for your medications,
or find it extremely difficult to buy them
2. You do not have any prescription drug

| For more than eight please contact our office. Guidelines are based on the Federal Poverty Level 2009 Note: Financial guidelines may be greater or less than those specified above, due to the guidelines of the drug companies. Don’t hesitate to contact our office to verify eligibility. |
In 2009 we processed for over $2 million in
prescription medications. We look forward to the
growth of our program and being an Advocate for all
in need.
Your responsibility is to sign and date the
applications for the medicines and return them to
our office for further processing.
We attach other essential documents and process
your applications to your doctor. When the doctor
returns the applications to our office, we then
attach financial documents and all other necessary
documents to process the applications to the
pharmaceutical companies who provide the medicine.
The medicine will be delivered according to the
companies guidelines either to your home or to the
doctor's office for dispensing.
Most applications we submit are for 90 days of
medicine.
